Commanders Corner:
I would like to thank those of the Legion Family that so generously give their time and talent to make the Legion Post 192 the great post it is. This year, with your continued efforts, it will be another great year for us. The continuation of the newsletter as you may have become to know will cease. The costs versus the expense has become to great for the Post to continue its publication. The Post website www.legionpost192.org/ will show the news information and should be much more current and timely. For those of you that do not have access to the internet, we will have a limited supply of hard copy information available for your pick up at the Post. In the event that you reside out of area and are unable to pick up the information bulletins, send a letter to the return address and we will try to accommodate your request.

Ladies:
Dear members of Auxiliary Unit 192, I would like to say thank you for letting me serve as the President of Unit 192 for 2008-2009. We had a great year but we had a few rocky times bet we make it through. Thank you again for all you do for the community and for our veterans. I know with the new officers this year we will have another good year. But please remember we need all members to get involved with the auxiliary. This year will be a great family year. Come out and join us.
Juniors and “Little Sons” We had a great ‘schools-out’ party!!!. August 8th will be another great fun day. Lunch will be served 1-2 pm at the Post. The awards banquet will start at 2 pm sharp. Then after the awards, bring your bathing suit and find out all the sur- prizes. Please bring your drink tabs and bring a box of zip lock bags any size for the Ronald MacDonald House. Have a great summer.
